SSR tank Goto Ryuji is introduced in Solo Leveling: Arise ahead of a massive Ant King boss fight at the conclusion of the Jeju Island Alliance Raid.

Ant King’s boss fight will require players to team up and face off against a shared HP bar, making teamwork essential to win. The event will award players with Jeju Island Raid Contribution Points and Jeju Island Raid Coins to exchange for epic rewards.

The new Super Super Rare hunter, a wind-type tank, Goto Ryuji, comes as a frontliner capable of dishing out and absorbing damage. To bring out the character, the game’s developer Netmarble even published a comics, Hunter: Origin Goto Ryuji’s Story, on the Solo Leveling: Arise’s official forum.

On top of that the update brings the new Refinement system. It introduces the ability to upgrade Legendary Skill Runes and Blessing Stones, taking them to a new Transcendent grade, giving players gear that extra boost when facing off against powerful enemies.

Besides that, Solo Leveling: Arise’s content update also brings a limited-time event called Spring Outing that will give players a chance to earn Mana Power Extract and [Heroic] Blessing Stone Vol. 4 for daily check-ins until April 10, 2025.

It is worth noting that as of November 2024, Solo Leveling: Arise surpassed 50 million downloads and generated approximately $139 million in gross revenue within its first six months since launch.
