Key points
  1. Romeo and Juliet arrive as free DLC in Ravenswatch in May 2025.
  2. The couple must be played together in co-op.
  3. The Steam and Microsoft versions of Ravenswatch are on sale for a limited period of time.

Romeo and Juliet arrive as free DLC for Ravenswatch – a roguelike action adventure title developed by Passtech Games. The news was included as a part of Nacon’s Connect 2025 presentation. Romeo and Juliet “must be played together in co-op as they are truly inseparable.”

Romeo plays as a fencing master, and Juliet is a sharpshooting sniper. This means Romeo front lines, while Juliet kites towards the back, making for a well-synergized combo.

The DLC arrives in May of 2025; the exact date has not been specified. To celebrate the reveal of the legendary couple, the game is on sale for both the Steam and Microsoft versions for around a week – the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation versions are still full priced.

The steam version is 50% off, and therefore costs $12.49 until March 13, and the Xbox version is $17.99 – the Xbox sale has no specified end date. These figures are in USD and do not include the appropriate taxes.

The cross-platform game initially released on September 26, 2024, and has steadily received updates catered towards optimization alongside cross-platform play stabilization. Romeo and Juliet mark the first hero DLC added to Ravenswatch – the developers likely have more hero updates planned.
