Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is about to celebrate its 1.5-year anniversary with new gear and exclusive in-game events starting March 6, 2025
The latest trailer revealed a content set to drop, including a free set of gear, a Cloud-exclusive five-star weapon with the Umbral Blade, and a new event centered around Odin.
The event Odin: Vanquisher of Souls will see players facing off against Odin. In preparation for the battles ahead, the introduction of a new battle ability, Overspeed, will help players handle encounters within the upcoming event.
On top of that, Sephiroth will get a Cape of the Worthy and an item that is part of the larger Vestments of the Worthy series, which will be gradually revealed in the weeks leading up to the anniversary event.
As of November 2024, Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis has generated approximately $107.1 million in mobile revenue since its worldwide release on Sept. 7, 2023.
