- The song is widely considered as the hardest song to play in guitar hero even at normal speed.
- CarnyJared has already moved on from the satisfaction of clearing the song at 200% speed and is now trying out 210%.
CarnyJared has full combo’d “Through the Fire & Flames” which is widely considered as the hardest song in Guitar Hero. Not only that, but he cleared it at twice its normal speed.
“Through the Fire & Flames” is considered by a lot of Guitar Hero players to be the hardest song in the whole game. Not only does it start intensely, it also keeps up that energy for the majority of the 7-minute song. However, that kind of difficulty isn’t enough for CarnyJared.
CarnyJared has already cleared the song at 180% speed, so he wanted to achieve the next level, clearing it at 200%. The ordeal took him months of trying and he always posted updates of how close he would get to fully clearing the song. On February 27, all his efforts had finally paid off as he fully cleared the song and set up a world record.
CarnyJared is a competitive Clone Hero–a nearly identical rhythm game to Guitar Hero–streamer who always pushes himself to clear the hardest songs that are currently in the game. He has full combo’d “Soulless” at 180% speed, “Extends Levant” at 120% speed, and “2 Hour Testament”. The last one being quite literally a song that lasts for two hours and if he missed even a single note, he’d have to play the whole thing again.
It is also important to note that CarnyJared has gone through the 300% speed version of “Through the Fire & Flames” without failing. He has not fully combo’d it, but not failing at 300% speed is still pretty impressive. Just a day after clearing the hardest song at 200%, he’s already streaming and trying to full combo it at 210%.
