Bloober Team publicly announced their continued collaboration with Konami Digital Entertainment. The news follows the success of the remake of  “one of the most highly anticipated“ psychological horror games: Silent Hill 2.

Piotr Babieno, CEO of Bloober Team, shared an announcement regarding the state of the two companies’ partnership: 

“Our collaboration with Konami has been incredibly fruitful. […] We can’t reveal too many details at this time, but we are confident that fans will be just as excited about our collaboration as we are.” 

The future title remains a mystery, but it has been confirmed that the upcoming title will be based on Konami’s intellectual property. 

Bloober Team, renowned for its work in the horror genre, is rumored to be developing another horror title, with speculation suggesting the studio may be working on a remake of Silent Hill 3. The third installment received strong critical acclaim, in some cases surpassing its predecessor.

Konami and Bloober Team collaborated for Silent Hill 2 Remake, which sold 2 million copies worldwide. The Silent Hill series is a psychological horror video game franchise owned and created by Konami, and has since become a staple in the horror gaming genre.
