A mass outbreak of Darkness Pokémon is now happening in Pokémon TCG Pocket, allowing players to Wonder Pick more Dark-type Pokémons. The event runs from February 21 until February 27.
A mass outbreak event in Pokémon indicates that a certain type of Pokémon will pop up more frequently in Wonder Picks and Rare picks. This time, Dark Pokémons get the spotlight. Players will have to spend their Wonder Stamina to be able to pick from the Rare pick option.
As such, TCG Pocket has also introduced event missions that allow players to replenish their Wonder Hourglasses, which fills up the player’s Wonder Stamina. These events require players to Wonder Pick a number of times or Wonder Pick a specific type of Pokémon. For this event, it’s the Dark type.
Mass Outbreaks are a great way to complete a Dark deck that a player might be thinking of creating. Darkrai EX, a card that has taken the competitive side of Pocket TCG by storm, is unfortunately not available as a Rare Pick during this event.
