- Snapdragon Pro Series APAC Finals hit a record 1.16 million peak viewers, breaking the previous season’s record.
- Indonesia led the viewership surge, with 750,000+ fans tuning in.
- ONIC Philippines won the Grand Final, taking home $65,000 and a spot at Mobile Masters 2025.
The Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) Season 6 APAC Mobile Challenge Grand Finals delivered a record-breaking performance, surpassing 1.16 million peak viewers and setting a new benchmark for mobile esports viewership.
Held at the Persada Johor International Convention Centre in Malaysia, the showdown between ONIC (Indonesia) and ONIC Philippines drew a new peak audience number of 1,158,590, according to data from Esports Charts, shattering the previous SPS APAC record of 888,710 peak viewers set in the last season.
The peak views highlighted ONIC Philippine’s win, securing a $65,000 prize and a spot at the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series: Mobile Masters 2025, set to take place in Jakarta this April. ONIC Indonesia, the runner-up, walked away with $32,000.

According to the estimates of Esports Charts, not only did the peak viewership soar past the 1 million mark, but the overall engagement also surged. The finals clocked in at over 4 million total hours watched despite a shorter broadcast duration of just under five hours. The tournament’s average viewership hovered around 370,000, marking another significant increase compared to Season 5.
The APAC region has long been a powerhouse for mobile esports, and this event further reinforced its dominance. Indonesian fans made up the bulk of the audience, with over 750,000 viewers tuning in. YouTube and TikTok Live proved to be the most popular streaming platforms, peaking at 669,123 and 412,020 viewers, respectively.
However, the numbers also highlighted a stark contrast between APAC and Western esports markets. The SPS Season 6 EMEA Challenge Finals, for instance, peaked at just 4,369 viewers, underscoring the massive gap in audience interest between regions.
