The Halo Championship Series (HCS) has unveiled its 2025 roadmap, providing a schedule for this year’s competitive Halo events. The HCS has confirmed the locations for its Major tournaments, alongside a special partnership with content creator Kaysan ‘FaZe Kaysan’ Ghasseminejad.

One of the key highlights of the 2025 season will be the return of the Halo World Championship, which is once again set to take place in Seattle, Washington, from October 24th to 26th. The World Championship will serve as the grand finale for the season, with a $1 million prize pool.

Halo Championship Series Reveals 2025 Roadmap

Before reaching the pinnacle of the season, the HCS will host several Majors across North America. The first Major will kick off in Arlington, Texas, from April 18th to 20th, 2025, with North American esports giant OpTic Gaming leading the charge.

A second major event will be held in DreamHack Dallas from May 23rd to 25th, 2025, which will also feature the HCS Open. This event will take place alongside the Call of Duty League’s fourth Major.

Spacestation Gaming (SSG) will host a Major in Salt Lake City, Utah, from August 1st to 3rd, while FaZe Clan will organize another Major in the fall. The exact date and location of FaZe Clan’s event are yet to be confirmed.

Kaysan Showdown is set to take place on March 29th, 2025. The event will feature top teams such as FaZe Clan, OpTic Gaming, Spacestation Gaming, and Shopify Rebellion vying for a $50,000 prize pool. Kaysan Showdown is a standalone event, but it will be streamed across Halo’s official Twitch and YouTube channels, as well as Kaysan’s own Twitch channel.

The HCS Open Series will also return, providing an opportunity for amateur teams to compete in online tournaments and earn a chance to participate in the LAN tournaments’ open bracket.
