Upcoming February 2025 Game Pass Additions Revealed

Xbox Game Pass rolls out some new titles this February. Following major announcements during the Xbox Developer Direct 2025, a host of fresh games will be available for players starting Tuesday, Feb. 4.

Far Cry New Dawn, a 2019 first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft, a spin-off and sequel to Far Cry 5 and the eleventh overall installment in the Far Cry series, arrives on Game Pass on Feb. 4. This post-apocalyptic entry in the Far Cry series shows the remnants of Hope County, Montana, 17 years after a global nuclear catastrophe where a new group, the Highwaymen, threatens to take control of the last remaining resources. Titles’ experience is available across the cloud, console, and PC.

On Feb. 5, Another Crab’s Treasure, a soulslike adventure set in an underwater world, will come to the console with Microsoft’s gaming subscription. In this game, players can fit in the claws of Kril, the hermit crab, to navigate perilous landscapes and uncover secrets behind the ocean’s pollution. The title is coming in terms of Game Pass Standard.

Also, on the same day of Feb. 5, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will arrive for the console. A JRPG developed by Rabbit and Bear Studios and published by 505 Games, where players can recruit characters from a cast of over 100 heroes to build a team and shape the story, will be available with Game Pass Standard.

Starfield will also make its debut on Feb. 5 for Xbox Series X|S with Game Pass Standard. Developed by Bethesda Game Studios, the creators of Skyrim and Fallout 4, Starfield offers players an open-world RPG in the setting of space exploration. 

Madden NFL 25 makes its return on Feb. 6 for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members via EA Play. Madden NFL 25 includes a Supercharge Pack available for a limited time. Sports fans can gear up for the season, whether they’re playing on cloud, console, or PC.

As February continues, fans of strategy games can look forward to the arrival on Feb. 13 of Kingdom Two Crowns, developed by Thomas van den Berg and Coatsink and published by Raw Fury. The latest evolution of the title brings new features, including solo and co-op campaign modes, new units, and hidden secrets. The game will be available on cloud and console in terms of Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass Standard.

Avowed, an upcoming action role-playing game developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Xbox Game Studios, will debut on Feb. 18 on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S as part of Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass. The game is set in the world of Eora, first introduced in Pillars of Eternity. Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers will also gain access to a Premium Upgrade Addon that offers early access, premium skins, and a digital artbook and soundtrack.
In case you missed it, the Ninja Gaiden 2 Black remake on Unreal Engine 5 was shadow-dropped onto Xbox Game Pass during the announcement of Ninja Gaiden 4 during Xbox Developer Direct.
