The Next Xbox Showcase is Happening at IGN Fan Fest this February

Xbox’s indie-focused showcase, ID@Xbox, will be the opening act of this year’s IGN Fan Fest. The showcase promises new information about games currently being developed by participating studios such as Team 17 and Daedalic.
The showcase will happen on February 24 and will include trailers and new sneak peeks by participating studios. The full list is as follows:

- Thunder Lotus
- Cult Games

- Don’t Nod
Balatro also gets a little bit of screen time in the video announcement, hinting at its appearance in the actual showcase.
Oddly enough, the video also includes a face similar to Miles Morales’s from the movie “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”. His face was shown briefly at the start of the video. It is currently unsure if this is a teaser or an oversight.
The last Xbox showcase happened last month with Xbox’s Developer Direct on January 23 focusing more on Triple-A games. The Direct announced the release date for Doom: The Dark Ages and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. It also included Ninja Gaiden surprises with the direct announcing that Ninja Gaiden 4 is also in development for the Xbox Series X/S in Fall 2025. The game will also be available on Game Pass.
The IGN Fest is home to a lot of announcements from big developers. This year, Monster Hunter Wilds and WWE 2K25 are expected to appear in the Fan Fest and give fans new gameplay footage.
