Developer Warhorse Studios and publisher Plaion have unveiled an ambitious post-launch roadmap for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, which is set to launch on Feb. 4, 2025. The Roadmap trailer tells about free updates and paid expansions planned for the year.

Upcoming updates planned by Warhorse Studios introduce new features like a Barber customization option, a Hardcore Mode for players seeking a greater challenge, and a Horse Racing mode.

The roadmap highlights three major paid expansions, each adding depth to protagonist Henry’s story:

  • Summer: Brushes with Death

Henry aids a mysterious artist with a shadowy past, unraveling a story of intrigue and danger.

  • Autumn: Legacy of the Forge

Players will delve into the history of Henry’s adoptive father, Martin, as Henry works to rebuild the forge in Kuttenberg.

  • Winter: Mysteria Ecclesia

In this expansion, Henry undertakes a covert mission to the Sedlec Monastery, where he must navigate the politics of a cloistered community and combat the spread of a deadly illness.

The expansions can be purchased individually or as the full bundle which is a part of an Expansion Pass that also includes the Shields of Seasons Passing, shield customization DLC.

Players looking to secure the full experience can get the Gold Edition of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, priced at $89.99, which includes the base game and all expansions. This edition provides a $20 savings compared to purchasing the expansions separately.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Warhorse Studios has committed to regular quality-of-life updates alongside each expansion, although details on these improvements remain under wraps.

By November 2024, the first part of Kingdom Come: Deliverance sold about 8 million copies across all platforms.
