The storyline revolves around Sweet Tooth, the legendary face of the intense Twisted Metal tournament, as he orchestrates a coup to overthrow Calypso, the enigmatic host of the contest. After seizing control, Sweet Tooth assumes the role of granting the victor a single wish, no matter the cost, magnitude, or even the boundaries of reality.
