NBA Live 95
The inaugural entry in the NBA Live video game franchise showcased an iconic action shot from the thrilling 1994 NBA Finals. This groundbreaking title introduced several features that became staples of the series, such as the isometric court view, the innovative “T-meter” for executing free throws, and the turbo button for a speed boost during gameplay. It was later re-released in conjunction with NBA Live 06 as part of the EA Retro Series, celebrating its lasting impact on basketball gaming.

The console editions of the game include rosters from the 1993-94 season and offer restricted roster management options. Trades are limited to players in the starting lineup, and there are no changes allowed to the lineup. Furthermore, there is no Create-a-Player feature or access to a Free Agent pool. In contrast, the PC version boasts updated rosters reflecting the 1994-95 season’s trade deadline and includes the talented rookie class of 1994.
