To counter this impending doom, Doctor Strange, Tony Stark, and Carol Danvers set out to retrieve a crucial page of the Darkhold from Johnny Blaze. However, they’re forced to regroup at the Abbey to enlist the help of the Midnight Suns and revive the Hunter, the child of Lilith and her killer.
In a twist of fate, Lilith enchants Venom, compelling him to kidnap Wanda Maximoff and dismantle Strange’s mystical defense. The assembled heroes, joined by Spider-Man, manage to capture Faustus to unearth Lilith’s sinister intentions, but before they can extract any information, Hydra’s Crossbones silences him permanently. As chaos unfolds, Lilith’s dark influence ensnares Bruce Banner and Wanda, leveraging a gamma accelerator to amplify their powers. After a desperate rescue mission for Wanda and a brutal confrontation that banishes Sabretooth, the heroes destroy the Parchment. But Lilith retaliates by unleashing a monstrous Hulk and summoning demonic forces across the globe.
