On June 6, 1944, U.S. Army Private First Class Ronald “Red” Daniels from the legendary 1st Infantry Division joins the intense assault on Normandy Beach alongside his squad, which includes his best friend, Private First Class Robert Zussman, as well as Private Drew Stiles, Technician Fifth Grade Frank Aiello, Technical Sergeant William Pierson, and First Lieutenant Joseph Turner. During this critical operation, Zussman suffers a stabbing injury, sidelining him momentarily.
Zussman returns to the frontlines for Operation Cobra, where Allied forces make a strategic push to reclaim the town of Marigny. Under Colonel Davis’s orders, the squad conducts a daring mission with British Special Operations Executive officers Major Arthur Crowley and Vivian Harris to intercept a German train transporting V2 rockets near Argentan. In a thrilling turn of events, Daniels and Zussman successfully derail the train and are later escorted back to their squad by a courageous French Resistance leader named Rousseau.
A week later, Rousseau and Crowley stealthily infiltrate a German garrison in Paris to secure explosives for their squad’s impending assault. During the mission, Rousseau avenges her family by eliminating SS-und Polizeiführer Heinrich. The squad triumphantly liberates Paris soon after.
