Echo Aviation wireless controller was revealed by Honeycomb Aeronautical on Nov. 18, 2025, via a special trailer posted on the company’s YouTube channel.
Windows PC and macOS compatible versions of the device are slated for launch in December 2025, with console versions arriving in 2026.
Designed specifically for flight simulators, the Echo Aviation controller features a cockpit-style layout and delivers the core functions of the Alpha yoke, Bravo throttles, and Charlie rudder pedals.
While the gamepad fully fulfills the function of the Alpha yoke, the Bravo throttles in the Echo Aviation controller are presented as four adjustable sliders that control throttle, flaps, and speed brake. The adjustable sliders feature detents and exchangeable caps for GA or commercial aircraft.
Charlie pedals in the device are mechanically linked, self-recentering, and placed at the back of the device.
The device also features a textured trim wheel that enables precise pitch control for stable climbs, cruise, and landings. It includes tactile levers for flaps, parking brake, and gear, as well as integrated buttons for camera, checklist, and toolbar functions, simplifying cockpit operation.
The USB-C charging Echo Aviation controller also has a 16-bit Hall-Effect left thumbstick, described by the manufacturer as drift-free for pitch and featuring roll control.
Honeycomb Aeronautical promised to reveal more detailed device specifications soon.
