Marvel Rivals Season 5 is set to release on Nov. 14, 2025, debuting new playable characters Rogue and Gambit. Around two weeks later, the new Conquestion (Annihilation) Game Mode debuts on Nov. 27, taking place on the Grand Garden map. This is an 18 vs 18, making for 36 total players. NetEase promises epic chaos and unforgettable fun. The news was shared via Dev Vision Vol. 11 vlog update. 

Love is a Battlefield | Marvel Rivals Season 5 Trailer

Season 5 is dubbed Love is a Battlefield. NetEase published a trailer for the upcoming event, showcasing various couples within the Marvel universe. Within the trailer, both Gambit and Rogue are officially revealed. Cyclops is shown for a very brief moment as well, speculating buzz that the X-Man will join the playable roster. 

Gambit in Marvel Rivals will play as a Strategist, blending kinetic energy control with his iconic playing cards. The character features agile movement, and expert combat skills for a unique playstyle. He can combine his Chornovium-enhanced cards to unlock kinetic shifting to heal allies. Season 5: Love is a Battlefield // Dev Vision Vol. 11

NetEase also published a preview video of the next Battle Pass, which includes 10 new costumes and exclusive cosmetics. The season 5 battle pass is called Grand Garden Adventure. Once again, Marvel Rivals season 5 begins on Nov. 14.
