Faced with an 11-0 half in favor of NRG in Abyss, Fnatic managed to force the map to overtime by essentially doing the same thing to NRG. This eventually led to Fnatic closing the map 15-13, staying alive in the series.
Map four was in Ascent, and Fnatic showed in this map that its previous win was not a fluke. After taking six rounds in the first half, Fnatic shut down NRG and won its map pick 13-8.
The deciding map was Sunset, which would mark the end of Fnatic’s furious comeback and dreams of lifting the Valorant Champions 2025 trophy.
