Frictional Games, the developers behind Soma — a psychological survival horror game — announced on Sept. 22, 2025, on its pre-launch Kickstarter page that a 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition and a physical edition for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 are now available to order.
The 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition contains the following:

- Reversible cover with alternate artwork
- Original art book
- Omnitool keychain
- Soundtrack CD
- Sticker sheet
- Collector’s box
The game card, while compatible with both the Switch and the Switch 2, will have improved resolution, a stable refresh rate, better textures, a higher detail level and reduced loading times.
The developers announced that the collector’s edition will only be available for a limited time, and no more will be printed after this campaign. They also said that this edition might be subject to further upgrades like a hardcover book, a deluxe box or an additional gift if certain Kickstarter stretch goals are met.
Soma was initially released in 2015 for Linux, OS X, PlayStation 4 and PC. An Xbox One version followed two years later, and the Switch version was recently released on July 24, 2025.
