A launch window and price range for the Lenovo Legion Go 2 handheld gaming PC were revealed at CES 2025.
Powered by the AMD Z2 APU, the device will hit store shelves in October 2025, starting at $1,099 for the regular Z2 model, with the Z2 Extreme version starting at $1,349 and reaching $1,479 for the maxed-out model.
The basic version of the Lenovo Legion Go 2 will come paired with 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD, while the Z2 Extreme will have configurations of up to 32 GB of RAM and a 2 TB SSD.
On top of that, the Lenovo Legion Go 2 features an 8.8-inch, 1200p, 144Hz OLED display.
The device includes a combined headphone and microphone input, two USB4 ports that support 40 GB/s data transfer, DisplayPort 2.0 and Power Delivery 3.0, as well as a MicroSD card reader.
The base module measures 206 mm in height, 136.7 mm in width and 22.95 mm in depth. With the controllers attached, the combined dimensions are 295.6 mm in height, 136.7 mm in width and 42.25 mm in depth.
Lenovo Legion Go 2 weighs 920 grams in total, consisting of 710 g for the base and 210 g for the controllers.
It is worth noting that AMD Z2 Extreme is the same APU that will power the upcoming Asus ROG Xbox Ally X.
