Destiny Rising weekly patch released on Sept. 4, with a four hour maintenance period. To compensate for the maintenance period, the developers rewarded accounts created prior to the patch with 200 Lumia Leaves. The Efforts Rewarded event made its debut as well, during which players can complete challenges to earn event tokens, which can be exchanged for the Exotic weapon: Patridge Sky.
The rest of the patch catered towards gameplay adjustments, including lowering the difficulty for Gauntlet: Onslaught and Strike – Nexus Interface. Character abilities for Xuan Wei and Tan-2 have been adjusted as well.

- [Artifact Attributes] The “high-value artifact” marker for artifact attributes has been changed from the original, single Gold tier and split into two tiers: Gold and Silver. Silver is good, while Gold is the best.
- [Artifact Refactor] When a refactor result’s Power is higher than the character’s current Power, selecting “Refactor Again” will now show a pop-up warning to help prevent missing out on a higher-Power artifact due to clicking/tapping through too quickly.
- [Artifact Dismantle] Added “Equipped” and “Unequipped” tabs to the dismantle screen to help better distinguish artifacts (and avoid mishaps). Dismantling equipped artifacts is also now supported (be careful).
