Outlanders are unique characters—everyday people with their own hopes, dreams, and ambitions.
You can’t control them directly; instead, you strategically place buildings, manage resources, and specify the number of jobs available in each facility. Then, you watch as the Outlanders autonomously choose their roles, select their homes, and decide which structures to construct.
You can subtly guide their decisions by setting task priorities or implementing Decrees that alter game mechanics, enabling longer work shifts and more efficient resource use. However, tread carefully… as these actions can impact your followers’ happiness, so deploy them thoughtfully.
