Early Access Beta will be followed by an Open Beta Weekend on Aug. 9–10, 2025, open to all players, and another Open Beta Weekend on Aug. 14–17, 2025, also open to everyone.
On Aug. 7, 2025, the game’s developer issued a statement reacting to news about queues, declaring that the team is working on a substantial increase in server capacity in order to reduce waiting time in the queue.
The upcoming first-person shooter, slated for release on Oct. 10, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X|S, will become the thirteenth installment in the Battlefield series, following 2021’s Battlefield 2042.
