Roblox Hit Grow a Garden Announces Zen Event

Grow a Garden announced a Zen event scheduled for the weekend of July 19–20, 2025, via a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Online Roblox game, which reached a peak of 16.4 million concurrent players on June 14, 2025, revealed that the event will bring new seeds, tranquil-themed pets, new features, cool admin weather, and more.

Launched on March 26, 2025, Grow a Garden is available on all platforms where Roblox operates, including both Android and iOS smartphones, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, both macOS and Windows PCs, Meta Quest VR, and multiple PC VR headsets like Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.

In this virtual gardening title, players can execute all typical farming routines: plant seeds, grow crops, and breed different animals. The game’s major feature, which boosted its popularity and even became the slogan, is that players’ gardens “Grow Offline,” even when they are out of the game, motivating users to return and see what has evolved during their absence.

As of July 17, 2025, according to RoMonitor Stats, Grow a Garden has seen 17.43 billion visits.

According to analytics estimates, the booming success of Grow a Garden led to a 60% growth in the number of Roblox titles with over 50,000 concurrent players in the last six months (as of July 2025), increasing from 15 to 24 games.
