The game became available on Xbox Cloud, Xbox One, Windows PC and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.
Minami Lane allows players to build their own Japanese-inspired street with different customizable buildings and shops. The game also sets a goal to maximize the happiness of the citizens to complete quests.
Developed by Dorian (Doot), Doriane (Blibloop) and Antoine (Zakku) and published by Doot Tiny Games and Wholesome Games, the game was released in 2024.
Besides Xbox Cloud, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Minami Lane is also available on macOS and Linux PCs, as well as on Nintendo Switch. As of the time of writing, the game has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating with 5,066 reviews on Steam.
Besides Minami Lane in July 2025, Xbox Game Pass saw the arrival of action role-playing dungeon crawler Diablo IV, cyberpunk-themed top-down shooter The Ascent, party platformer Ultimate Chicken Horse, simultaneous drop of puzzle-platformer Little Nightmares II and action-adventure Rise of the Tomb Raider, as well as the addition of two titles from the Mana series: Legend of Mana and Trials of Mana.
