Animoca Brands Partners With Cross the Ages to Boost Free-to-Play RPG Arise Launch

Cross the Ages’ ecosystem and its upcoming official launch of the free-to-play multiplayer action RPG Arise will from now on be supported by Animoca Brands due to a recently established partnership.

Developed on Unreal Engine 5, Arise is set in the Cross the Ages universe and is slated for launch on Windows PC in Q4 2025, with macOS and other platforms to follow.

Arise aims to deliver experience where players can shape the game’s economy themselves. Before diving into dungeons, PvP combat, resource gathering, and trading, players will be able to choose one of many classes, including farmer, dungeon crawler, fighter, crafter, builder, and more.

The game’s developer has already presented four characters from the upcoming title: Malik, gifted with magical powers; sorcerer Ellie; skilled fighter Takeshi; and Arcane Scholar Samia.

In the world of Arise, the character’s land will be a strategic base where players can harvest essential resources, manage energy, and upgrade generators. The game will feature base building and crafting mechanics, as well as PvE and PvP challenges.

Besides Arise Animoca Brands will also strengthen the new version of Cross the Ages’ trading card game Blast’s with go-to-market strategy, review and advise on tokenomics as well as provided liquidity for the CTA token.

The CTA token functions as the utility token and core value engine of Cross the Ages, powering a universe that blends fantasy and sci-fi while seamlessly linking games, NFTs, and real-world assets.
