Bruno Mars Takes Over Fortnite Festival from Sabrina Carpenter

Fortnite welcomed Bruno Mars with the beginning of Fortnite Festival Season 9, which launched on June 18, 2025.

Also, from the very beginning of the new season, players will see the reworked, modern, angular-aesthetic Main Stage illuminated by neon lights.

The World Tour Bundle was brought to the Fortnite Shop, featuring the Bruno-San Outfit, Bruno’s Collection Back Bling, Floating Notes Contrail, Bonde do Brunão Emote, Bonde do Brunão Jam Track, Key Charm Keytar, and Worldwide Bass. On top of that, two Jam Tracks, ‘Die With a Smile’ by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, as well as ‘APT’ by ROSÉ and Bruno Mars, also became available in the Fortnite Shop. All the items will remain available until the end of Season 9.

The previous Fortnite Festival artist was Sabrina Carpenter, whose skin and dancing emote went viral.

As for game improvements, Fortnite sees the return of all-time leaderboards for songs, which will be available in the Music Library and Main Leaderboards screens. Browsing favorite songs on the Main Stage was reworked to be quicker and now features alphabetical letter options. On top of that, Random mode was added to Lobby Music, and from now on, a new song will play when the current song ends or when the player returns to the Lobby.
