Troy Baker is set to voice the lead character in the upcoming indie first-person shooter Mouse: P.I. for Hire. The involvement of the renowned voice actor was announced during the Summer Game Fest.
Mouse: P.I. for Hire is developed by Poland-based Fumi Games; the game is scheduled for release in 2025 across multiple platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
The game features a distinctive 1930s “rubber hose” animation style, reminiscent of early XX century cartoons, combined with a jazz-infused soundtrack.
Baker is best known for his roles in BioShock: Infinite, The Last of Us, and the Uncharted series. His most recent high-profile performance was as the lead in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, where his portrayal of the iconic adventurer received praise from critics and even from Harrison Ford himself.
