Nvidia RTX 4040 Brick Edition GPU was spotted on the official company’s marketplace by multiple sources on June 4, 2025.

According to VideoCardz, the Nvidia RTX 4040 Brick Edition appeared on the company’s official US marketplace, which gathers offers for different models of GeForce GPUs from multiple retailers.

According to the remaining screenshots of the listing, the Brick model is equipped with 8 GB of VRAM. As of the time of writing, Nvidia’s US marketplace did not feature any unusual listings.

Nvidia RTX 4040 Brick Edition was also spotted by Reddit community. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, the post has been removed by moderators, but a screenshot of the Brick’s listing in mobile orientation still remains on Reddit’s servers and can be accessed through the profile of the user Forsaken-Low1647, who initially posted it.

According to the timestamps of the Reddit post and the article by VideoCardz, the Nvidia RTX 4040 Brick Edition dropped in price from an initial $100.99 to zero in about an hour.

In 2024, Nvidia shipped approximately 30.2 million discrete desktop GPUs, marking a significant increase from 2023 and aligning with its 2022 results, according to a report from the analyst firm Jon Peddie Research.
